1.  Engine oil with correct grade, type and quantity

1. Check operation of brakes 
2. Check steering controls and column for wear/movement
3. Check for correct gearbox operation
4. Check hornCheck mirror condition, interior and exterior
5. Replace cabin filter and clean out filter housing 
6. Report if cabin filter is due to be replaced according to mileage (additional charge applies)
7. Check dash warning lights
8. Check Seatbelts front and rear including lap belt
9. Check operation of all external door locks
10. Lubricate accessible door hinges

2. Check wheels and trims for damage
3. Check fuel cap seal condition
4. Visual Check for exhaust smoke
5. Check operation of exterior lights
6. Remove Road wheels and check condition of hub faces
7. Check tyre size and tyre fitted according to side wall instructions
8. Check tyre condition and tread depth, including spare (if applicable)
9. Check and adjust tyre pressures, including spare (if applicable)
10. Set wheel nut torque to manufacturer's settings
11. Check wheels for correct balance, including spare (if applicable)
12. Check windscreen wiper condition / operation
13. Check rear wiper condition / operation (if applicable)
14. Check screen washer operation and align jets if required
15. Top up screen washer bottle(s)
16. Check windscreen for chips & cracks
17. Check number plate condition
18. Lubricate bonnet catch 

1.  Drain engine oil and refill with correct grade, type and quantity
2. Replace oil filterReplace sump plug seal or report sump plug replacement if integral
3. Check for excessive oil leaks (report any serious leaks)
4. Check for timing belt replacement interval & report if due according to mileage/age
5. Check radiator condition, security and report any leaks
6. Check Coolant / Radiator cap seals
7. Check coolant hoses for leaks, condition and securing clips
8. Check electric cooling fan for operation (if applicable)
9. Check condition and tension of fan / alternator belt, adjust or report on condition
10. Check condition and tension of auxiliary drive belt(s)
11. Replace Air Filter & clean out housing 
12. Report if Spark Plugs are due to be replaced according to mileage (additional charge applies)
13. Check and record antifreeze strength / min temp
14. Top up coolant as required
15. Report if fuel filter is due to be replaced according to mileage (additional charge applies)
16. Check Diesel heater plug indicator operation (if applicable)
17. Lubricate battery terminals
18. Check Battery security, condition and print results
19. Top up Battery (non-sealed units only)
20. Test alternator charging rate and check

4. Check & Top up clutch fluid (if applicable)
5. Check drive shaft gaitors for security and report leaks

10. Check brake calipers for leaks and security

12. Check operation of wheel cylinders and report any leaks
13. Visual Check of brake hydraulic system pipes and hoses
14. Check security of handbrake linkages and travel

16. Check Brake Fluid Level & Top Up (if required)
17. Check Brake Servo Operation
18. Carry out brake fluid boil test and record readings

21. Check steering / suspension components for wear and corrosion
22. Visual Check of power steering system
23. Check steering rack gaitors
24. Check wheel bearings
25. Check shock absorber condition and report on any serious leaks
26. Grease steering / suspension (if applicable)
27. Check exhaust system including catalyst (if fitted)
28. Visual Check of HT leads
