  10. Set wheel nut torque to manufacturer's settings
  11. Check wheels for correct balance, including spare (if applicable)
  12. Check windscreen wiper condition / operation
  13. Check rear wiper condition / operation (if applicable)
  14. Check screen washer operation and align jets if required
  15. Top up screen washer bottle(s)
  16. Check windscreen for chips & cracks
  17. Check number plate condition
  18. Lubricate bonnet catch 

Engine

  1.  Drain engine oil and refill with correct grade, type and quantity
  2. Replace oil filterReplace sump plug seal or report sump plug replacement if integral
  3. Check for excessive oil leaks (report any serious leaks)
  4. Check for timing belt replacement interval & report if due according to mileage/age
  5. Check radiator condition, security and report any leaks
  6. Check Coolant / Radiator cap seals
  7. Check coolant hoses for leaks, condition and securing clips
  8. Check electric cooling fan for operation (if applicable)
  9. Check condition and tension of fan / alternator belt, adjust or report on condition
  10. Check condition and tension of auxiliary drive belt(s)
  11. Replace Air Filter & clean out housing 
  12. Report if Spark Plugs are due to be replaced according to mileage (additional charge applies)
  13. Check and record antifreeze strength / min temp
  14. Top up coolant as required
  15. Report if fuel filter is due to be replaced according to mileage (additional charge applies)
  16. Check Diesel heater plug indicator operation (if applicable)
  17. Lubricate battery terminals
  18. Check Battery security, condition and print results
  19. Top up Battery (non-sealed units only)
  20. Test alternator charging rate and check 

Under the vehicle

  1.  Check & report condition and security of undertray
  2. Check visual condition of fuel lines
  3. Check clutch operation and adjust (if applicable)
  4. Check & Top up clutch fluid (if applicable)
  5. Check drive shaft gaitors for security and report leaks
  6. Grease prop-shaft (if applicable)
  7. Top up gear box fluid where applicable and not sealed
  8. Check and top up transfer box and differential oils (if applicable)

  11. Check foot brake shoes for wear or damage and adjust (if applicable)
  12. Check operation of wheel cylinders and report any leaks
  13. Visual Check of brake hydraulic system pipes and hoses
  14. Check security of handbrake linkages and travel
  15. Check Brake discs / drums (excluding internal drums)
  16. Check Brake Fluid Level & Top Up (if required)
